Services Licking Valley CAP is providing include:
• Adult Day Care Program – Serves older individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Aging Services – Services for seniors (transportation, congregate and home delivered meals)
• Child Care Resource and Referral – Provides a list of qualified child care providers to parents and provides training for providers
• Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CFSP)
• Community Collaborations for Children (CCC) – Promotes the safety, wellbeing, and stability of children and families through supervised visitation, family team meetings, in-home intervention, and parenting education
• Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) – Provides services to address poverty based on community need
• Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) – Emergency food, clothing and housing services
• Energy Assistance– Subsidy/Crisis Programs help maintain family stability
• Family Preservation/Family Reunification – Case management to enable families to remain intact
• Head Start – Provides comprehensive education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement services to low-income children and their families
• Healthy Marriage – Provides relationship enhancement curriculum to individuals/families to improve family functioning
• KERA Preschool Program – Provides preschool education for children
• Senior Employment Program – Helps seniors attain employable skills
• Transportation: Empower Program – Provides transportation for non-emergency appointments
• Weatherization – Winterizes homes to lower energy consumption and heating costs
• WinterCare – Assists those in need with their utility bills
