Services Tri-County Community Action Agency provides include:
• Adult Day Care Program – Serves older individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) – Provides services to address poverty based on community need
• Friendly Visiting – Home visiting to elderly homebound
• Energy Assistance – Subsidy/Crisis Programs help maintain family stability
• Healthy Marriage – Provides relationship enhancement curriculum to individuals/families to improve family functioning
• Home Care - Provides in-home services to increase the independence of those who are home-bound or at high risk of nursing home placement
• Home Delivered Meals – Delivers hot, nutritious lunches for the elderly
• Kentucky Prescription Assistance Program – Provides prescriptions at a reduced cost
• Money Management – Credit repair services
• Senior Citizens Centers - Provides seniors with socialization, recreation, exercise programs, and nutritious meals
• Telecare – Volunteers call homebound elderly daily
• Transportation – Non-emergency medical transportation for senior citizens
• Weatherization – Winterizes homes to lower energy consumption and heating costs
• WinterCare – Assists those in need with their utility bills
